Islamabad?Pakistan fears losing water priority rights on the Neelum river which issues from Occupied Kashmir where it is called Kishanganga river. India is fast constructing the most controversial project of Kishanganga in violation of 1960 Indus Water Treaty. Under the Teaty Pakistan gets water priority right which will first initiate and first complete project on the river.
