このたびの大地震と津波によって被害を受けた皆さんへのお見舞いと
犠牲になった方々への衷心よりのお悔やみを申し上げます
I would like to express - from bottom of my heart - sympathy to everyone
affected by the earthquake and tsunami which hit the Pacific coast of northern Japan,
and deep condolences to the victims who passed away because of this terrible disaster

والتسونامي التي اصابت منطقة شمالي اليابان مطلة على المحيط الهادئ، وحزني
